Precise technical inspection of thrusters
Including checking of axial and gear tooth backlash, precise assessment of the condition of the bevel gear teeth to identify even the smallest abnormalities. We also analyze oil samples to assess its condition.
Thruster overhauls
We offer three types of overhauls carried out both at the dock and at berth, tailored to the specific needs and service history of the thruster:
- Major overhaul (10 years) – including replacement of seals, bearings and setting of necessary clearances, as well as propeller blades leakage and operational tests.
- Intermediate overhaul (5 years) – replacement of key seals, detailed clearance check and leakage and function test.
- Emergency overhaul – fault diagnosis and rapid replacement of damaged components such as shafts, gears, seals, or bearings. The setting of clearances and comprehensive leakage tests.
Reconditioning of propeller blades
We use modern reconditioning technologies, including welding and welding inserts, measuring blade geometry, balancing and polishing, which restores the original technical parameters of the propeller blades.

We have fully equipped, in-house workshop and storage halls, as well as dedicated test stations for repaired equipment. Additionally, our portable technical facilities enable us to provide servicing and repairs in ports and shipyards worldwide.
