Project Scope:
Inspection and overhaul of lifting gear, including the electric drive (36 sets of drive components: electric motor + gearbox).
Completed Tasks:
- Draining hydraulic oil from gearboxes and performing oil analysis.
- Dismantling gearbox covers, cleaning, and conducting visual and borescope inspections.
- Grinding tooth edges, performing NDT (UT, MT), and measuring tooth wear.
- Dismantling electric motors and workshop overhaul of 36 lifting system motors, including balancing.
- Reassembly of drive units with shaft alignment and coupling adjustment.
- Bolt torqueing on gearboxes and motors.
- Refilling gearboxes with oil.
